GM TEXTILE is a professional manufacturer of knitted plush fabrics established in 2015. We specialize in producing high-quality fabrics with pile heights ranging from 1mm to 40mm for various applications.

Our integrated production facility covers 20,000 square meters and includes knitting, dyeing, and finishing processes with a daily capacity of 45 tons raw fabric, 30 tons dyeing, and 20 tons finishing.

Our services are primarily intended for business-to-business transactions. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into contracts on behalf of your organization.

All orders are subject to acceptance by GM TEXTILE. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply to most products and will be communicated during the quotation process.

Prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice. All prices are exclusive of taxes, duties, and shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

GM TEXTILE is committed to maintaining the highest quality standards in our manufacturing processes. All products undergo rigorous quality control testing before shipment.

If you receive products that do not meet the agreed specifications, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve any quality issues in accordance with our quality guarantee policy.

Shipping terms are typically FOB (Free on Board) from our facility in China unless otherwise agreed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Buyers are responsible for customs clearance and import duties in the destination country.

Payment terms are established based on order value and customer relationship. All payments must be made in USD unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods include wire transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C), and other mutually agreed methods. Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 1.5% per month.

All bank charges for international transfers are to be borne by the buyer unless otherwise specified in the sales contract.

All intellectual property rights in our products, designs, processes, and website content remain the exclusive property of GM TEXTILE unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary designs without explicit written permission. We respect customer-provided designs and maintain strict confidentiality agreements.

GM TEXTILE's liability is limited to the replacement or refund of defective products. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations, in which case these limitations may not apply to you.
